Good price on a top of the line 5000-dpi gaming mouse, with free ground shipping, available direct from Logitech with coupon code logi_g9x_9310. Expires 9/9.

Note that you're buying what Logitech certifies is a brand new product with full warranty, in what it calls a "dented box" ... fwiw though, I ordered a G35 headset this same way, $65 off $130 for a "dented box"; this arrived just a few hours ago and both hardware and box appear to be in perfect condition.

Here's another performance tester called GeekBench, and this one is cross-platform...

I stumbled across this site while looking for comparisons between my 17" MacBook Pro Core2 and the new i7 models. I have also been pondering the need for a Mac Pro over the past few years but i wasn't sure the benefit was there . . . and the stats on this site may have convinced me to buy one immediately rather than even thinking about a minor laptop upgrade.

One of the most surprising things i found while looking at the GeekBench Stat Browser is that the latest 12-core Mac Pro is owning the charts, even above and beyond any crazy-custom-hardware Windows 7 systems.
