Those guys are good. They are 12-1 in their MLG ladder, so they definitely were the better team.

In reflecting back on this, we were very close. I know we were inches from capping the flag at least 5 times, and I know I missed a couple critical kills that could have stopped a flag cap.

We also were seconds from winning in demolition as well, so in my opinion, I think we did very well. These guys play an MLG ladder, and are 12-1 in it, so thats saying something about our play.

With more practice, we can most likely keep up. Hats off to nemo for offering his expertise and tactical knowledge.

I agree that we did do well, I just wasnt expecting them to be as good as they were, and in Demo it was close....We will have our chance again. Looks like Newegg does this quite often.Im willing to try it again, How about you guys??

I had the flag twice, and once even made some distance, till I ran smack into one of them. I was impressed with their coordination and use of equipment. I missed some critical kills too, most of the time because I was in complete shock where they were and where they came at me from. Demolition was our best. Didnt we have both A and B set early? I had A set once and then three other times I was within a second of setting it again.
Id be curious to see how they place in the tournament.

You bet I would do it again. Didn't they say they would scrim with us some time? Well any way, we need practice!

Just hit level 60...As soon as I got to 59,I played Hardcore Richochet:HQ Pro.I got a astounding 27000 XP out of that round.Wish I had screencapped that.

RESULTS:

Had some time today and was curious to know how the whole thing turned out after we were out. Here's the results:

Our opponents, Crunchy Socks, came in 13th overall with four wins and only one loss. Seems points were the deciding factor in the end for placement. With that in mind, we came in 226th.

We came in 17th place. We ended playing MakeShift ( Champion ). They beat us in Capture the Flag on Scrapyard. I guess we were tied for the longest time with them and then a 30 second span in the game killed us. 7.5 respawn time on such a small map is retarded anyway. You can take the enemy flag and run it back to your base in almost 7.5 seconds!

Demolition I guess we lost to them in overtime. That was the first big tournament we ever did. So I know the guys are pretty proud!
